She worked seamlessly with me and with the architect to ensure the vision I could see but not always describe on the first try was the end result. She cheerfully iterated on things, saying "It's better and cheaper to move lines on paper than it is to move cabinets on the floor." We hired Susan to help us with the design of the kitchen because it needed a new floor plan, appliances, cabinets, island, hood vent, floors, countertops, backsplash and so on- a full overhaul.
